Pirate Playtime

Arrrgghhh!
Pirate Captain Donaven
of the seven seas...

Me treasure.

"What would you do with a scurvy pirate?"

"Make them walk the plank!!!"

While Momma's away the boys will play!

While I was off enjoying myself in Florida the boys had a lot of quality time with their Daddy! Putt-Putt, swimming, movies, and park outings just to name a few.

I am happy to report that everyone was alive and well when I returned. Brandon is amazing and had everyone sleeping in their own beds through the night. He even potty trained Donaven!!! Brandon you are the best husband ever for taking such great care of our sweet boys and allowing me the opportunity to go and be with my sisters for the week. I love you babe!

Primary Spotlight - Donaven

Donaven came home from church a few Sundays ago with a Primary Spotlight form to fill out. I let him tell me the answers to the questions...

Sisters Retreat : Universal Orlando

I've been home for two weeks now and looking over all the photos is making me seriously want to go back. I loved every minute of it! Here is a little peek into the fun had by me and my sisters while visiting Universal Studio's.

The main attraction for us was by far The Wizarding World of Harry Potter. Everything was detailed and so well done, we were all very impressed. Our favorite ride was the Castle.

You got to tour the Castle before getting on the ride. It was pretty dark so the only good picture I got was the last one of the talking portraits.

The quaint Village of Hogsmede beckoned us on with the smell of butter beer in the air and lots of fun shops to explore.

Here I am in front of the sweet shop Honeydukes.

I loved everything about the fun store. Hot pink and lots of chocolate what more can a girl ask for! The whimsical design was really fun.

All Aboard the Hogwarts Express!

Ron's runaway flying car.

Hagrids Hut

Amazingly talented Frog Choir.

Topped off with Reservations for Brunch at the Three Broomsticks!

This was the view from the Three Broomsticks across the lake to the other half of the park.

The Hulk and The Towers of Doom!!!

The rest of the time was spent tapping into our inner child and having fun goofing off!

Just in case you didn't get enough sisterly fun here are a few more random out takes just because!

Thanks Universal for such a lovely time and thanks to my sisters for starting such a fun tradition!

Only 716 days until our next Sisters Retreat, but who's counting?
